for the noob's that dont understand the zzp exhaust crap plz explain to me(im a nooby)

Model:
1.5" Paint(so im guessin this is how thick the coating will be over the header so it keeps the heat inside)

Option 2:
I understand this section.Im gettin the Magnaflow high flow cat since i dont want a loud farting and annoying sound.

Option 3:
Whats the best size for a downpipe so i dont go overboard...i knw turbo's like it bigger the better, but not to much..3" is the best..Im guessin 2.5 bolt in(can bolt into stock or aftermarket 2.5" piping)

So 419-30%=293.30+bung for wideband

is there any resolution to the problem with the gasket blowing out for the downpipe..... my brother has this setup and snapped the bolts in a few weeks then replaced them with the gasket and now keeps blowing gaskets out..... we have used air tools to tighten everything and keeps happening. I think its cause its a 2 bolt setup allowing to much flex causing them to blow from engine movement

the measurement in option one is the size of the primary piping in the header. (the 4 pipes coming from each cylinder.

the 1 3/4 pipe would probably be best left to the modded ss/scs, 1 1/2 should be good for everyone else unless you know your turboing or something.

paint or ceramic is self explanitory. ceramic is an expensive coating process which holds the heat inside to keep the gasses in the header expanded and flowing fast away from the heads.

downpipes: 3 inch once again, more for the ss/scs.

your exit type will depend on what catback you have/want.

weldin: comes with no bolt up flange,
2.5 inch boltin: this is what most people will want. stock and all the gmpp exhausts all use 2.5 bolt in flanges.

Im possibly interested, just have a few questions.
1. when you say gaskets included, do you mean all 3?
2. what guage tubing do you use?
3. would it be possible to get a 2.5" dp that tapers to 2.25" for a smooth transition to my gmpp cat back?
4. do you ship to canada?

i can help with that a little

1. "Header and both downpipe gaskets included" (quoted from www.zzperformance.com)

2. that I dont know

3. the 2.5 inch flange bolts up to the gmpp catback. dont need 2.25

4. yes. (if you go to zzperformance.com and pick which header you want, and go to checkout you can see the shipping options and prices)
