cant get ahold of anyone from zzp about my order

Ok

MY gf ordered a stage 3 kit for my car( christmas gift lol) about 3 weeks ago and still does not have it and she has called and left a few messages and emailed a few times with still no response. Can some one from zzp get ahold of me so i know what is going on. I mean thats alot of money to be waiting around in limbo. I ordered a strut bar and option B on black friday weekend and received them yesterday. great looking products, strut bar fits perfectly looks great. So this is conserning me alittle bit why she still does not have the stage 3 kit yet.

Emails are always answered within 24 hrs. if it didn't get answered, we didn't get it.

sorry it took so long to answer. I got a real sick kid and havent had time. It has all been resolved. I guess maybe my email messed up with the other emails because when i sent a email monday(I think) I got several responses within hours( 2-4) and the situation resolved instantly. so customer service with email is extremely good. Calling on the phone not the way ill go anymore. but definitally email is the way to go. I have bought several items from zzp and quality is excellent, price is good. I will continue to purchase my parts from zzp.

Customer service is absolutely AWESOME! how can you say that, there probably one of the best companies out there for customer service.

They respond in a timely manner to all e-mails, and all the companies have had problems in the past just FYI

i've had no problem with their customer service. i have emailed them a couple times and i always get a response the same day.

Here at work we have had alot of server issues when the phone company installed the new phone and server system and alot of emails apparently are not going out. so I am assuming when i emailed zzp before the emails wasnt going out which is why they never responded. When the email finally went out like i said i got a response within a few hours actually igot several from several employees. So with that said email customer service is top notch. I will be buying from zzp again and my opinion is that zzp is one of the best companies i have bought from for aftermarket performance accessories and i have built alot of different cars thoughout the year and dealt with alot of companies. zzp is one of the best

The customers vote with their wallets and ZZP is the #1 vendor. We didn't start that way. Clearly Apple gets more complaints than most companies but it's because they are larger. In the same way, ZZP sells and ships a lot more orders than the other companies here. This means that inevitably we're going to have high complaints. If we sell 10x the orders as another company and receive twice the number of complaints, it could appear that we have worse customer service. But in reality we're receiving 5x less complaints.

weird i always got emails back the same there or withing hrs from zzp when i had my car and ordered or needed parts

this. i ordered stuff from both zzp and ottp on black friday and got all four of my orders from zzp within the last week and have yet to even hear from ottp that they shipped my stuff yet. not to say that ottp is bad or w/e but just stating the facts

Make sure you check your spam folder. Sometimes my spam filter goes wacky and puts the wrong **** in there.

This Is ur problem and zzp man but its good u vent to us about it. I have there stage 3 kit and they forgot to ship my hub and pulley but they answered my call and shipped out asap.

I Learned never to order during holidays but hope u get it soon and get a header/dp u will love the results 
