Well in the video look at the hp ratings when you race each
One said 570 and other said 600

Nice runs! Shibito why didn't you request a slower roll? Seems like you would have done better because of the cobalts traction issues.

 

I couldn't hook my car at 40 and I didn't wanna side swipe him. I tried a 40 roll before he got to the meet and I nearly hit the center wall.

I wanted to race Ryan for awhile in my ecotec powered fiero.. but his car was broke at the track day we went to, and I cant roll race my car for reasons similar to matt's (8inch slicks+converter+roll race = fail).

Alan called me this day they were going out there, I hopped in my car for a test run... did a burnout, got it up to about 70mph, and hammered it... And I ended up wiggling between lanes a bit... My rollerskate hates roll racing...

I did however try to get my buddies fiero to go out there, because it would have been a stellar race vs the cobalt. Here is a race vs a whipple cobra that raced a turbo zzp cobalt.... Fiero misses 3rd gear, and takes his time getting it back in and building boost again.

That was the day I got my car back and I was trying to shift at 7k. The stock clutch won't do that, I'd go up to 7k and have to wait for the RPM's to fall back to 6500 before I could shift, and we both missed 3rd gear fyi.

Ever since I did the bigger blower instead of a turbo you've been a complete dipshit Scott... I've run Justin (Fiero in the video) since and the outcome was quite different, we need to do a roll again.

Your going to break that thing if you are planning to hit it with a big shot of nitrous. I hope you have a clutch and trans upgrade and pistons or at least regapped rings in mind.

Just a 100 shot. Doubles as a good cooling mod haha. Quite a bit else will be done as well. Pistons will hold just fine, clutch/flywheel will be upgraded. Stock trans will take it fine. Most of my added power will be coming in other upgrades besides the bottle.
