One person like this will make 100 people not buy something from them. I have bought header/dwpipe combo from them and i couldnt be happier very fast shipping with them. As well i bought 2.4 manifold and throttle body and space again ordered and had within 2 days. And i have never emailed them and not heard from them within 1-2 days plus i been to there building before and if u seen the small staff for what they handle you wouldnt feel the way u do.

Did you ping them with a PM on here? Send them some pics and a thorough explanation?
I'm sure the last thing they'd want is libel in one of their market avenues... its only fair that they make it right to you. Depending on how far you take it against them though, its also their choice to refund your money and deny your business also.
Accidents happen. I have been sent the wrong parts more than once, it does indeed **** me off. Life goes on though. Really all that pisses me off is the waiting period. I'm generally pretty patient though.

what happend is called human error. this happens. instead of complaining about it here, what you should be doing is calling them to have them correct the issue that you are having. no come on here and complain. im sure that if you call/email them let them know what happened that they will correct the issue that you are having with the parts. but instead you waste you time here instead of being proactive in trying to correct the problem

zzp is the only place I will buy things from. ottp tried to make me wait a week for my heat exchanger then oh wait it will be another week and so on, until they promised it would be with in the next two weeks so total time was a month and a half... when I said I wanted my money back they tried to take the 20% restocking fee complete BS it was completely their fault and they were still trying to take my money... moral of the story if you are not happy don't buy from them but there are about 1 out of 5 bad orders from ottp so in my opinion its only a matter of time before you have no where to buy your parts from..

Shipping is fast yeah, the bottom line is i dont place a million orders. i have placed 3 in the past year, almost everyone has been wrong or something along those lines. And for all the poeple bitching at me about calling them....NO ******* **** why do you think im on here cause they take forever to call back cause no one answers the phone. I never get upset when i talk to them but i still seem to get dicked somehow. For the record i didnt know you could get on the forums and talk to someone directly from zzp, my mistake for not being a forum nerd.

Like the title says. this is my second order within a year that was messed up, beginning of the year i bought a header/dp combo, you guys didnt put the bung in it that i ordered, and the cat is about to get stabbed out because it rattles like a ************ with about 7k miles on it. AND now this order i got a bypass valve(that was right) and a triple pillar pod that doesnt fit one bit, its an inch shorter than where it need to be at the top and theres about a inch gap in between my roof fabric and the pillar. also when screwed in, its just dangles in where its supposed to sit, shoddy craftsmanship....i tried to custom fit it but it still doesnt sit in right...i dont even know why i ordered from you guys after the first mess up, my fault there...

Look at my number of posts...do i look like im on here everyday chatting it up with people making best friends with vendors? No, i dont know whos connected to what or where, nor do i even care. all i want is to be able to order parts for a specific car and expect them to be right, i could understand you acting like an ass if this was the first time ive had a problem, but when it continues multiple times ...(i know im dumb for even buying a second time but i gave them the benefit of the doubt)
