ecu tune

Alright zzp, i had my ecu sent in about 2 weeks ago. Now it was mailed to you guys in a 3-5 day shipping. Now lets say it took the 5 days to get to you. How long does it honestly take you to flash an ecu. 9 days and continuing? I mean really. Why should i take that long to just flash an ecu which takes only minutes. Not responding to my calls, or e-mails. Its getting ridiculous now. Respond to my calls, e-mails or anything. 9 days and counting for you to send out my ecu. ITS A TUNE. how long should that take you. This will be the last time i ever buy anything from you guys, the service sucks, most of the parts are cheaply made and break, Just send back my ecu so i can get it tuned elsewhere.

PCMs should be turned in a day unless you didn't include a detailed note in the box when shipping to us.

you can phone in and ask Kyla or email customer service.

Its not them, its you dont bash a good vendor, like zooomer said in your box include a DETAILED note as to what you want and maybe it wont take as long, also maybe you should try emailing them

I have tried to e-mail and call them, multiple times. I even had a detailed note inside the package. and even if i didnt have a note inside the package why should it take over 2 weeks to get it back to me. a simple tune should take no long than a day.

@zoomer
i get a voicemail on the calls saying to e-mail you guys, and still get no responses from either calls or e-mails.

I dont' know what email address you're sending to but I don't see anything from you and we answer all our emails daily.

W/o a detailed note in a box no one knows what the PCM is for. Could be a core return, a PCM we bought from a customer or bone yard, etc. Boxes w/o notes sit in a large pile indefinitely.
