All these gotta pay to play posts are stupid... If you way overpay for this thing, just to get it a few months before everyone else, that's your problem. I can wait to see how much the production piece goes for. I look for deals on BF, I don't look to pay too much for a turbo to be a guinea pig and have bragging rights. I have said it before and I mean it, if this thing is priced right I will be all over it. But I am not looking to pay $2500+ for just the turbo when other EFR's are in the $1300 range...

the link isn't dead;
there is somethign about that site which doens't allow linking directly to pages - it forces visitors to go to the front page, then navigate manually to the correct page...
I noticed that... in for finding what it actually goes for...
it's not for you anyway - this is for LNF guys wanting a 100% bolt on turbo upgrade - they have other turbo kits for non-LNF guys...

I understand that there is r&d involved, and they should be compensated for that, but I don't think there's $1200 worth of r&d in each turbo. Matt's car is also far from stock. There are going to be a whole bunch of untested variables for whoever buys this first one.

1) you have to gauge aprox. how many people are going to buy
2) you have to set your price on the end cost, and try to spread out any R&D costs int the run - and still have at least a small margin in the end.
I'd wager that there could easily be more than $2k in costs for the first turbo - I'd wager that the first one will be let go at a theoretical loss...
either which way, cost cannot be set till the run is done, and they have a contract, or paid for the run...

So Much rage and at the end we are still driving a Fast Cavalier. If you like dreaming on the clouds stay on them but its your money....!! I think that's way over priced for just a Turbo upgrade but then again they are entitle to charge whatever they want, they are the once's going through all the trouble of testing and making it perfect for your daily driven experience. As for me, Ill buy if its around $2.2..that's it.

if they put it up for 2k now it would've been bought already.. this way they can put it up at 4800 no one will buy it then on black friday it'll drop and price till someone buys it .. generally THAT will get them more money. Im not sure why people are having such a hard time grasping this concept
I also find it funny that people think up to 3k is alot for a drop in turbo.. no new BPV no nothing .. thats still less then most turbo swaps and this will preform VERY well

what web browser are you using?
I read in another ZZP thread that this is a bug that they are trying to fix ~ I run (Mozilla) Firefox on my computers;
others here seem to like (Google) Chrome...
I have understood that (Mircosoft) Internet Explorer has gotten better, but Firefos became a big player when IE was plauged with security issues ect...
FYI: with windows XP the default browser is IE - if this is what you're running, I'd suspect you're having issues because of problems with IE - before anything else.
P.S. Chrome or Firefox are free programs.
