Uhm... not exactly sure how to check with the cover off other that using a multi-tester.. it does not say on the relay itself besides on the casing where it says 40-AR-B 40A\28VDC DC12V.. I don't know. Mines worked withno problems for almost a year now

Drive your car around for about an hour and then go back and feel the relay if it's hot there something wrong...... but also feel the wires my wires were cold

Wired in per-install instructions sent with it from vendor....

I had this happen to mine over 2 yrs ago. It didn't even last but, 2 weeks.... Current setup has been good for yrs...not one issue

But with your car there were probably other problems.

Yes but I've never had problems with anything since my rule of only two people I allow to work on it. Me being one of them. Cars been good since....but a heavily modded car is bound to have problems here and there. Cars been fine and running strong.

Ill be using a fuel pump wiring kit from jegs wen i make my duel intank canister..one pump will run at all times the other will be on a switch cuz u don't need both running all the time..

Figured I'd bump this, mine burned up this weekend after a year or so of use, fuse never popped either. I'll keep tabs on the replacement one, hopefully it won't happen again anytime soon...

They do too different things. The rewire helps to make sure the pump is getting the full voltage. The return system let's you adjust the fuel pressure and ensures all cylinders get fuel.

i have the boost reference but i see everyone runs both. just curious as to why?
