So as the title suggests im pretty much fed up with ZZP...

I ordered their whisper resonator and it rattles.....

I owned their dp header combo and the Flex pipe broke off.....

I paid for a new one with gaskets they send me the wrong one w/o gaskets

I ship it back and pay for shipping 13 days later i get the right one.... w/o gaskets

Find out the Flange that hooks up to the Headers is completely bowed so exhaust leaks on the top and bottom.....

So the header flange looks like _ and the ZZP DP looks like U

So im going to most likely have to return that AGAIN and hope that they get it freaking right...... one...last... time!!!!!!

EDIT: i wanted to add that this is nothing against ZZP's customer service Kayla does an amazing job, probably the only thing keeping me from insanity.

 

that sucks, they fogot to send me the catback with the header and dp so now it will be here monday...

 

they should post a pic of kayla she sounds pretty hot over the phone

I know its in the rules, but i think it should be aloud if there is a problem the company should be held accountable. If they are a good one they will deal with it and make it right . If not they should be called out on it in a public forum.

ZZP i had to spend more money on the welds on the whisper customize my own hanger so direct bolt on my ass

 

these threads make me wonder how bad my zzp exhaust will be if it ever shows up

 

So if someone sells a crappy product and has problems with a certain company, which isn't the first time I've head of it with this one, they should not let others know of their experiences good or bad. Maybe if others are aware they will make an attempt to do the right thing. It sounds like a vendor fee on this site is nothing more than an attempt for the mods to kiss you ass and make sure everyone else does.

 

Yea i dont agree with being banned for telling people the truth of the hassle you have had to go through. Reminds me of maple ridge chrysler threatening to take me to court because i told them i was going to tell anybody i know not to buy from them after how they treated me. they said they can sue me for slander? First off, it would never make it to court because there is no law against stating your opinion on how you were treated, and two, why the hell is it my fault that they treated me like crap and then EXPECT me to recommend them to people or else?

Same thing here, thats great they sponsor the site but when there is handfuls of people not getting the product they order and not happy with the service, why should they be silenced and let the next person walk right into this problem? Not everyone can install all these things themselves and then they would be paying hundreds of dollars and time without a car to keep taking it back to shops to get the car fixed again and again because of the companies screw up, not theirs.

 

well if zzp evers goes out of business, I hope I can recruit kayla. haha

 

Every company makes mistakes but how they fix them is what makes them a great company. And if its seen on a public forum maybe they will do a little more to make things right. And if they are a bad one idc if they sponsor this site they should be removed, Because they will just keep ****** people over and won't care because we can't say anything about it on the site. jmo

I just with they could have compensated me for all my months of troubles by at least next day airing me the part i have needed to finally be able to run my car!! Not make me wait longer for it to be ground shipped from michigan to California! If i fked up i would make sure the customer is happy bar none thats just called good business!

Damn, hopefully nothings wrong with the exhaust parts im getting from them. G/L with getting everything fixed.

 

i just got a big upgrade kit from them, pulley, injectors, headers, downpipe. pcm flash. the pcm threw 5 codes. so i sent it back. he reflashed it bout 2 months ago. told him im losing power in the high end and it still boggs in low end. after looking at the code on my pcm...he tells me that i have an old file and needs to be updated? just got this so called new flash 2 months ago and already its old?? they want me to put a deposit down and pay for shipping when the car is producing 189hp at 5000 rpm! obviously this hasnt been tuned right and zzp thinks nothing is wrong! im with you guys. that along with the paint burning off my headers in less then an hr.....makes me believe they should not be on this site. we just want a better attempt of zzp to help their customers. this is not small amounts of money we are giving to them...this is hundreds and hundreds of dollars at a time. they should be guaranteeing us quality work....at least fix what u got wrong.

 

I agree they need to sell quality products to the people who spend there hard erned money!
