Any special on? What about a group buy? And is it hot side/cold side or just hot side?

I'm at work can't see the site to see.

It's just the hot side. We use 14 gauge aluminum for a light-weight tube that won't crush with T-bolt clamps. The tube is also bead-rolled on both ends.

The finish is black wrinkle powder-coat.

We will be making cold side tubes with MAF relocation soon for those who want VTA blow-off options.

Got mine today, looks great. Best solution in the hot side market IMO. The routing, size, and price are all just right.

couple of questions for ZZP and customers.

? for ZZP, In the one photo of the CP on the car, there is a weld around the long stretch of the CP. in the other photo (not on a car), there is a logo tig welded near the turbo side that says ZZP and the weld around the longest stretch is gone. Which pic is a more accurate representation of the product?
Im thinking the pic of the CP on the car is a pre-production pic? You guys should change that photo. to the final product pic on car if thats the case.

2nd ? for ZZP, can you powder coat this CP to match the color of the Rally Yellow paint that the Cobalt comes in? or is it black only. Will to pay the extra fee to paint it to match my car. Unless black is best for hotside charge piping? <- Would this be the case?

? for customers, How easy is the install? Were their any trouble spots? What are some good suggestions while doing the install? does the bumper/ headlights need to come off? Does this CP come with new couplings or are the stock ones re-used. Should I get the worm-driven clamps or T-bolt clamps?

^ I guess ZZP can answer that too

NM on the couplings I see that it uses the stock ones.

I need to stop visiting Supporting Vendor sections, this car is going to take all my money . I like the looks of this one for a couple reasons, price is decent, but I'll have to hold off on any more parts short-term. I'll keep this one on my short-list .

I don't know if we would have the correct yellow available. We would have to look into this.

The factory couplers are re-used. We have replacement couplers in the works, but not in stock yet. The bumper and headlight stay where they are- you only need to open the hood. T-bolt clamps are included.

As are we. The end tank casting needed modification, so we are back to waiting. I'm really hoping we will have the ICs soon.

ordered the charge pipe today!, I noticed you guys have an option to get a BOV flange welded on. If I ever go atmosphere, would I be able to ship the pipe back to you guys to install the flange later?

We could, but it would have to be re-coated, so it might be more cost effective to trade it in or sell it.

Just tuned a car over the weekend with the Upper and Lower CP's with MAF relocate. Very nice pieces, fit like a glove as well! (Damn that lil set screw tho and not reading the directions!) LOL!

Car seemed to pull a LOT stronger running it blow-thru compared to in the stock location! Expect some money coming from me soon

I know we built dozens of these over the last couple weeks. They should be shipping very soon if they have not yet.

Thanks ZZP,

I got the charge pipe installed and it went in without a hitch! looks great too. However, I think you guys should look into selling the charge pipe with new couplers though so they dont have have to brake the plastic rings to get the stock couplers. How much more could it possibly be to add two couplers and two more T-bolt clamps?

We have the couplers on order, but it takes a long time to get get custom couplers. Also, the lower coupler is two 90s and extra long. It won't be cheap.
