LSJ turbo Adapter plate questions??

What exactly does it do? Allow u to use stock manifold or what?

Yes, essentially you pull the blower, add plate, bolt on throttle body and use your OEM LSJ manifold as just that, an intake manifold.

In addition you'd still be able to use the laminova cooling I'd imagine as well, unsure how many whom have turbo swapped are running this setup though.

lets just say is not the best application for turbo swapping, theres was a good amount of info on this on our turbo lsj thread but i cant remember where lol. but from what i know, it has its restricions giving limits to your set up. i believe its not too recomendable if you want to go over 300whp. Its just better to save up and get an actual manifild, and save the headches

There are a lot of bends in that intake manifold and the laminova cores are pretty restrictive too. I'm sure you can make more than 300 but it would be easier with a better manifold (more power with the same boost).

I've setup a car like that using a blower housing, and as mentioned you run into the flow restriction of the stock manifold. The aftermarket intakes for turbo swaps or some of the Saab manifolds that are used work much better.
