Supercharger Spacer Plate? Questions?

http://www.zzperformance.com/cobalt_...=970&catid=143

If I purchased this, would I need a new gasket?
Does it include plugs to fill the 1/8 npt holes?
Are the 1/8 npt taps on the front (forward side of the intake manifold) or back (Rear side of the intake manifold)?
Availability?
Any thoughts on using this for nitrous?

Thank you!

I was waiting for someone to make one of these again. I never have liked the idea of spraying through the blower, especially nitrous/fuel.

Thanks for the help!

It comes tapped with 2 NPT holes. It also comes with plugs or a vac line fitting depending on your drop down selection. It is Oringed so it doesn't need a gasket but you'll use one supercharger gasket.
