I just wanted to tell everyone how impressed I am with ZZ performances customer support. I work for a shipping company that enables me to utilize next day shipping for free. ZZ performance is the only online based performance parts company I have ever dealt with that willingly let me do my own shipping. I ordered the 3.0" pulley and physically called in to ask about the shipping. They said "no problem" followed all my instructions on marking the box, and the next day it was at the front door. Last night I ordered the pulley puller and simply specified in the instructions box on their website that I wanted to be able to ship it myself. It was done, no questions asked. My shipments have come in excellent packaging and condition. Thank you gentlemen for the excellent and kind support you have provided me, I will no doubt recommend you to my friends and continue to purchase parts from you.

I agree, ZZPerformance has great customer service. I ordered their poly trans mount and it didn't work in my 2004 Red Line because GM changed the stock mount after the 2004. I talked to them last Friday about the problem. Monday they said they could make me a custom mount and it would take about 10 days. Well I just got an email with tracking number from ZZP and the part will be here Monday. I'm very happy with my experience and highly recommend ZZP. Their products are top notch too.

 

Yea they are by far the best! Unlike Turbo Tech they actually tell you before you order that the product is out of stock so they don't leave you hangin.

I have to thank the guys at ZZPerformance too. I ordered the mounts on Monday and they arrived today. I installed both the motor and transmission mount in about 20 minutes, Thanks to the how-to guide . I absolutely love the feel.
