I've sent multiple e-mails within the last 2-3 weeks stating different problems with their products, stage kits and tune. I have not got one response and would like to know why. You say you respond to every e-mail daily but obviously not. i would like to see a response finally, It shouldnt take 3 weeks to reply to a simple e-mail.

all emails are responded to daily. YOu can phone in for a tech call back, email again and maybe try from a different address. spam filter?

i had fairly good response when it came to emails and calls from them. but the tuning i had gotten from them for my old set up wasent such a good subject to talk about. simply not so good i would say...

seriously i just saw a thread about someone demanding to know where his product was and the seller was like call me here my number.... and the buyer refused to call cus he was a ***** and just wanted a PM or email... and it dragged on for like 8 pages...
but i have read somewhere that zzp doesnt like to answer phones too often bcus most of it is from people with questions from products bought from somewhere else or window shoppers who never buy

Jury is still out as far as I am concerned. Just ordered a rental supercharger pulley remover tool and a coolant reservior bracket. Cost me an arm and a leg after choosing all options, or so I thought, and no return shipping label in the box. Spent over $200 just for this and also have had no luck thus far getting through to them.
