I'd be seriously interested if it come with pads and a choice of just slotted (preferred) or just blank rotors.

I plan on picking up a set of tc wheels for my lsj, but I assume they wont fit under lsj wheels considering the lnf brembo's dont fit

Glad to see I'm not the only one petitioning for blank rotors. Quite honestly, the only place you NEED these is at the track and the drilled ones will crack open like a ripe melon ;-)

^^and this.

A side by side of the stock Brembo calipers and these would be really cool.

That looks very much like an off shore version of the PBR two piston slider caliper found on C4 Corvettes and last gen Camaro LE5 (?) brake option. It packages easier than a Brembo from a wheel point of view.

I am personally not a fan of sliding calipers, I prefer monobloc, but this route permits ZZP to provide humongous rotor sizes without risking fluid volumes as the caliper has only two pistons not four as found in monobloc Brembo's. And its way cheaper.

Looks like Zoomer is not using his first plan for calipers. Brembo works and it is apparently less money than the LNF upgrade, with new parts.

I believe that caliper is what they were originally going to use, now they are using the brembo calipers off of the newest gen Camaro SS

Yeah their definitely using genuine Brembo calipers. Let me quote their webpage.

"Looking for big brake upgrade? Here you are, a 14.5" front brake kit that uses a genuine Brembo 4 piston caliper.

This will fit factory LNF Brembo wheels, but we have not tested fitment on any other wheel."

"(2) 4 piston Brembo calipers w/ hardware
(2) 14.5" rotors
(2) Caliper brackets
(2) Stainless brake lines
(4) Copper washers
(2) Banjo bolts
Pads
Instructions"

what i'm wondering is what happens if the parts wear out? pads are easy, just ask local parts store for rear brake pads on a newer camaro ss, but what about the rotor? camaro rotors have a 5x120 bolt pattern and we have a 5x110..

or do a LNF brembo swap

With me shifting the focus on my camaro( 1/4 mile...) the cobalt also gets it focus shifted (more backroading and handling oriented). Also I do backroad the car fairly often and the stockers are just plain horrible for this (yes I know pads and a fluid flush would fix most of that).
stock what is horrible? Stock brakes are great for track and DD....soooo ?

stock lnf brembo's fit with SS/SC wheels when a 5mm spacer is used.

Well i have a saab and was looking into getting the LNF brembos, but if i can get these, why not lol the rotors i have right now are 314mm but what i like about the set up i have is that the brake contact surface between the rotor and the pad is all the way from out edge of the rotor to the hat.

I would like to pick up this kit, but I would prefer a slotted only rotor option. My current cross drilled rotors are cracked. A Hawk HPS pad option would be nice also. Why were ceramic pads chosen as standard?

I would also like to know if a big brake friendly 17" wheel will clear these?

It really is annoying that this is so much cheaper than the stock Brembo brakes I upgraded too.

Because Hawk HPS suck, defeats the purpose of getting larger rotors...

Is this a serious question? The pictures clearly show that they barely fit inside an 18" wheel...

Make you wonder, doesn't it...

How would Hawk HPS pads defeat the purpose of getting larger rotors? They bite harder than my stock pads did.

Not sure what was "stock" on your car, but compared to the Ferrodo/brembo pads that come stock on the SS/TC, the HPS are a joke. I ran them for a few months and threw them away...
