What did you order, I ordered a radiator and it came in after 3 days standard shipping.

This was last week.

I get a response within 24 hours consistently. If you aren't getting a reply don't make a new email. Forward the one that hasn't been answered so they see the timestamp.

Yea so after a full week later my parts still haven't shipped by extra for te 3 day shipping. Got confirmation that the parts where to be shipped out Thursday which obviously didn't happen? Not having very good luck or experience through zzp over the passed 4 orders!! Something always happens maybe I'm just the unlucky few but it literally happens to everything I order it's either not shipped together stuff missing so on and so on..... Honestly love the parts but is it worth this hassle and waste of money for faster shipping? Maybe works for some but I have no luck this year with Zzp

Moving shops is no excuse when running a business and still taking the customers money while you do it. If you offer a service, and they pay, you provide that service. It's simple.

i never had any issues with them, always fast shipping too, never pay for the faster shipping though, i just let it get here when it does lol. as for no excuse while moving shops.................you move a shop and tell me how easy it is, dont be ignorant. i understand what you are saying, but you need to be understanding at the same time. now what i think would be fair, is for that ZZP to mention that they will be moving shops and possibly expect delays. not sure if they did that on their fb page or not, but i would expect that at least. but dont say its not an excuse when you have thousands of parts you need to pack up and relocate.

I would be a little more understanding but I literally ordered gaskets, supercharger oil, and a pulley puller nothing big, extravagant, or out of stock!! Just saying moving not moving its gaskets nothing that has to be fabricated! I've order plenty of times over the passed 4 years... I'm blame more of it on bad luck than ZZP Hence why I crawl back for more parts every time lol... Just a little pissed because I scheduled time off to work on the car which was spent with the Lady instead so either way I'm still happy!! Win win either way just a little let down I guess... :/ I'm sure they will totally redeem themselves in the near future...
