Zzp f'd up my order
******NOTE: ZZP HAS DEALT WITH MY ISSUE AND I AM ANOTHER HAPPY CUSTOMER******
My story to show you how ZZP went above and beyond:
You can read my original issue below. HOWEVER as of now.
After speaking with Steve via E-mail and phone.
I had a HID kit that the two headlights were different colors, I sent him a picture. He said as soon as they get them back in stock, he will send out 2 new sets and a prepaid return label to return the bad ones I have in right now.
All I can say is wow. Great customer service. It takes a real man to admit when they are wrong, but I jumped the gun on ZZP. They are doing everything they can to fix my issue.
I just hope they get them in-stock soon. I can't stand suspense of waiting for stuff. I'm like a little kid staring at candy.

I just recieved MOST of my Black Friday stuff from ZZP. I bought a lot.
I'ma keep this short for now.
Ordered 2x 9007 HID Kits
Paid For Immediately and ALL.
I open the box and to my surprise, I only have one kit in the box. Oh yay.
Confused how I paid for the shipping for two but no one noticed the weight was WAY off a.
But whatever, shizz happens. I am awaiting a response. I'm giving them 24hrs to speak with me about a resolve to this issue, before I debate with my financial institution.
I guess I only posted this because I find it shady of companies during normal times of the day, not to answer immediately. It's also my first order with them so you can understand my weariness.
I will remove this thread should everything get fixed. OR UPDATE IT. EITHER WAY

I wouldn't worry about it, bratboy. zzp has some years man, they ought to iron everything out with you, they might have gotten ur order mixed up or something, black fridays a big sale.

Dude zzp is not one of those im here to F.... you out of money kind of companies. ZZp has been around for quite a while. People do not stay in business by way of theft. I wouldnt even have started this post so soon after 24hrs of no response then start a bash post, but hey to each his own. Its not my money.

Also I know it seems I may have jumped the gun slightly, however I wasn't really looking for that, but rather some reassurance that they'll get it sorted. So it's good to hear that they have solved peoples previous issues.
To whomever said poorly played. I run my own company, if people have an issue they may call anytime of the year no matter what and I immediately let them know I am attempting to resolve the issue. I posted this only to get some positive feedback that they will fix it. Never once bashed them at all. Only shall bashing begins if they don't make it right for their valued customer.
Thx for the tip to shoot an email, will do and note I leave a VM.

Black friday was crazy for them, and they knew it was going to be. Email them, tell them whats going on, and it will be corrected. there's no need to make a thread and get worked up about it.

I'm having some black friday issues as well but am not concerned one bit. ZZP has taken care of me since the day I ordered my first part from them and know this time will be no different. You have nothing to worry about.

Youll be fine. I had some mix ups when trying to order on black friday and all my orders that failed apparently got sent through and just said awaiting payment, besides the one that actually worked. So I emailed them and 10 mins later I had an email back saying they will fix it, then 2 hours later I got cancellation emails for all the failed orders and my items shipped right away this week

I had a custom downpipe made during the black Friday sale, and it will be at my door today.

They almost messed mine up to,sent me a email saying the wrong parts were being sent, I emailed Tim and he fixed it right away. I can understand ur frustration as that was my first buy from zzp also however don't worry they will fix it as they did with me, I will definitely buy again from them!
