Of course not, it's impossible.

I worked a 24 hr shift for BF, so did Kyla, Steve came in on thanksgiving 2 days after surgery. 6 people came in Sunday to help. Still on MOnday emails and voice mails were literally coming in faster than we could answer.
The annoying ones were 'did you get my last email? I sent it an hour ago' 'did my order ship yet' 'when is my order going to ship' 'why doesn't my tracking # work'

Honestly if people would all be patient, this would go MUCH smoother. It's like on the highway when everyone tries to cut as it goes to one lane and it just bottles up.

We will take care of everyone, you don't need to hire a lawyer to get us to respond. We're not OTT. We're not going to blame it on someone else, or the shipper, or tell you too bad and give you instore credit, or make you wait weeks. We are a real company with REAL service and we take care of people the way I wanted to be treated when I got bent over by 4 companies as a young guy trying to mod my cars.

I have had messed up orders with both ZZP and OTTP. However I did not start a thread, I mearly emailed them. Everything was resolved for me every time.

i just spoke with the shipping guy.....you got the last pair of HID's we had in stock. we have noted that we owe you your other set, and it will ship as soon as i get them. probably tuesday or wednesday. i apologize for the confusion. henry probably forgot to put a note in your packing slip. as was mentioned earlier, we got a month+ worth of orders in 24 hours.
