if you guys dont mind would you post or pm specs on that heim joint. thats my only concern about these. if there the high quality teflon lined ones then hell yea thats why there that much plus the chro mo isnt cheap. the teflon ones will last forever even in salt mud dirt.

just wondering if these will work on a 2.2? it dosent list it on the site

Honestly to me the price doesnt seem that bad. Ive seen some of the mustang control arms around that price.

My question for ZZP is would these provide significant advantages over the OTTP inserts?
Please explain either way.

lol I honestly wish I could support my own reasoning for wanting them.

lol maybe once the eclipse gets the new motor in it I might be tempted to grab a set of these though my car will never see anything other than spirited back road drives!

For those complaining try to build a set of these on a large scale with good components then factor in how much time you spent building them. When your done with all of that tell me what you would have to sell them for to make a profit. ZZP is a business they cant sell a part make a 5 dollar profit off of it and survive. To me after coming from fox mustangs and fbodies this price isnt bad.

So thanks to zzp for again expanding the cobalt aftermarket!

Anyone try these yet? I know of a RL that has them but I don't think he has really "tested" them yet...

The control arm itself is lighter and stiffer. The heim joint provides better control than a standard bushing. The ball joints are beefier than stock. The color is cool

I'm in the market, toss up between these and Powells CABs. Anyone with a review yet?

And are they Teflon Heim joints?

We've pulled our arms from the market for now after a user broke one.
We're redesigning them and offering free upgrades to anyone who currently owns a set.

That is the right thing to do. Good for you guys to follow up on a product and not leave the customer out to dry. I am impressed.

Dum da da dum!

ZZPerformance - ZZP Control Arms for Cobalt/Redline #ZZ-CA-CBT-BLACK

Lost the heim joint for a poly type rear CAB, hmm. I'd like some close up shots, not sure how it rotates from the small pic on the website.

Just want to correct my post above, after speaking with zzp they did keep the heim joint Rear cab and the poly mount is up front.
