It was not only tender, but smokey and sweet. I like it spicy and I have a great Korean bbq marinade. Things to come. It was tough like jerky, but not that I can’t even break a piece off in my mouth tough. We all know this. It’s more of what you expect from a good jerky dealer. I have big plans for this.
